Welcome to the new Web site for the Canadian Association of Wound Care (CAWC). The CAWC site is here to help you keep up with all of the rapid changes taking place in wound caring. We are committed to assisting with your professional growth through education, professional interaction and an ongoing forum for communication.

We encourage you to become a member of the CAWC and use your CAWC membership to its fullest. We welcome your contributions to the association through the initiatives and opportunities available at www.cawc.net. We believe that the creation of this unique meeting place and educational resource is the most effective and cost efficient way to create and link best practice in wound care across Canada.

Please bear in mind that our Web site is a work in progress. Over the coming months and years we plan to make this the most comprehensive meeting place for wound caring in Canada. We ask for both your patience and input as we develop this site to best meet the needs of our members and all who are interested in wound care.

So sit down (at your computer), log on (to our Web site), and browse (through the opportunities) and most importantly . . . become involved!
