1. Best Practices Seminar
The CAWC will be holding our first one-day educational seminar (S1:Knowledge
Learning) of a new three part Educational series,May 10th, at the Toronto
Airport Marriott. This educational series can be offered anywhere in
Canada to support knowledge, skills and practice amoung health care
professionals dedicated to best practice in wound management. Info.
has been mailed to all members and previous conference attendees, and
complete information with on-line registration is available at on www.cawc.net.
2. AGM 2002
The CAWC's first AGM (Annual General Meeting), will be
held on May 11th at the Toronto Airport Marriott. All CAWC members will
be receiving their AGM package by post no later than Apri 15, 2002.
3. New Newsletter
The CAWC newsletter, EXPLORATION,
will feature this month, a reprint of the October, 2001 Ostomy Wound
Management article by Orsted, Radke and Gorst entitled "THE
IMPACT OF MUSCULOSKELETAL CHANGES ON THE DYNAMICS OF THE CALF PUMP".
