Just Announced! - Best
Practices Seminar
In conjunction with the CAWC Annual General Meeting, we will be holding
our first one-day seminarpart of a three session series called
Best Practice Recommendations for Wound Management: Putting Knowledge
Into Practice Seminar. The first seminar, Knowledge Learning: Understanding
of the CAWC Best Practice Recommendations, will be held May 10, at the
Toronto Airport Marriott. Information will be mailed to all members
and previous conference attendees and is posted
on this Web site.
AGM 2002
The CAWCs first AGM (Annual General Meeting) will be held on May
11th at the Toronto Airport Marriott. All CAWC members will be receiving
the AGM package by post no later than March 31.

Welcome to the home page of the CAWC Web site. The CAWC is a nonprofit
organization of health care professionals, industry participants, patients
and caregivers dedicated to the advancement of wound care in Canada.
Goals
The purpose of
the Web site is to enhance wound care knowledge and patient care as
well as facilitate communication between wound care professionals. This
information does not stand alone. It must be integrated into best practice
based on client assessment and treatment and health care practitioner
skills.
